Something green, something healthy, something quick, something easy, something simple. The answer is stir fried garlic bok choy. It could be paired with any main Chinese dishes and it goes really well. You could serve it with warm steam rice or it could be a side dish to your noodle.

  • a bunch of bok choy
  • 2 cloves of garlic, mince
  • salt to taste
  • less than 1 tbsp of water
  • oil for stir frying

  1. Heat a generous amount of oil in the wok. Add in garlic and stir until fragrance.
  2. Add in the bok choy and stir to coat the oil evenly onto the bok choy.
  3. Add salt and stir. You could add water if needed at this point.
  4. Serve with rice or as a noodle side dish.
